Divinum Bosses: All 8 Boss Fights in Order

All 8 Divinum Bosses, in Order

This is the full boss roster. The order and the names come from a post-release capture of every boss fight plus the ending, recorded end to end with each encounter timestamped — not from the demo and not from pre-release material.

#BossAppears around

3VarrokEarly-mid
4Elite Sentinel Of SpectraMid
5Elite Sentinel Of SoulfireMid
6Arendith The Night’s WardenMid-late
7Captain Cyrus The RelentlessLate
8Executor FaustFinal

Three things this list settles:

  • Executor Faust is the last boss, and he is what the hidden achievement Executor’s Executioner refers to. The full-run capture places him immediately before the ending.
  • The two Elite Sentinels are a matched pair — Spectra and Soulfire — which usually means shared moveset skeleton with different elemental pressure. Learn one, you have half of the other.
  • Arendith The Night’s Warden shares the Warden title with Fjor’s own path, which is a story hook rather than a coincidence.

Ofsakor is not on this list, and that is consistent with the achievement wording: Ofsakor’s Might reads “Receive Ofsakor’s powers” — a power grant, not a kill. Treat Ofsakor as a story entity, not a fight.

The Crucible is also separateUnstoppable pairs conquering it with unlocking the 2nd Fury slot, and it sits in the optional challenge track alongside the nine runestone trials rather than in the eight-boss campaign spine. See the trials guide.

Region placement: the May 2026 trailer was promoted as revealing a new catacomb boss, so encounters are distributed across the four environment types the store page names — forests, caves, catacombs and sacred ruins.

What Bosses Drop

The store page is explicit: runes come from exploring for secrets, defeating bosses, and conquering trials. Runes are Divinum’s build system — 25 of them, with five confirmed set themes. That makes bosses build progression, not just gates. Full roster on the rune guide.

The Universal Strategy

Divinum’s combat design points at one approach that works regardless of which boss you are facing, because it is built into the systems rather than into any single fight:

  1. Perfect Block over dodging. Perfect Block is the timing-window block, and Flawless Guard (three in quick succession) proves it chains. Blocking keeps you in range to punish; dodging resets your spacing.
  2. Stun is the setup. Relentless — stun enemies five times in quick succession — tells you stun accumulates and chains. Stun is what buys you the opening.
  3. Launch on the opening. Airborne enemies cannot act or escape — that is the store page’s own wording. Against a boss, every second it spends airborne is a second it is not attacking.
  4. Deflect projectiles rather than avoiding them. Reflection is an achievement for killing an enemy with its own projectile, so deflection is a real, rewarded mechanic.
  5. Bring Fury. Fury Unleashed asks you to clear a boss fight or gauntlet in Furious Surge, which means the state can be sustained through a whole encounter.

Details on all five in the combat guide.

Boss Achievements, and the Cheaper Route

Three achievements name boss fights — and every one of them also accepts a combat gauntlet:

  • Untouchable — complete a combat gauntlet or a boss fight without taking damage
  • Last Stand — complete either with 1 HP remaining
  • Fury Unleashed — complete either in Furious Surge

Gauntlets are repeatable challenge encounters; story bosses are not. If you are hunting these three, grind them in gauntlets. See the trials guide for where the challenge content sits.

What This Page Does Not Claim

Per-boss movesets, health values and drop tables are not published by Sigil Games, and this page does not invent them. What is on this page — the roster, the order, the ending position — comes from a recorded full run.

For contrast: guides published before the August 28 release were working from the demo, and at least one of them details a single boss encounter as though it were the game’s boss content. The full campaign has eight.

Boss FAQ

How many bosses does Divinum have? Eight, based on a post-release capture of every boss fight plus the ending. The Crucible is a ninth encounter but sits in the optional challenge track.

Who is the first boss in Divinum? Klyssa The Deathspeaker.

Who is the final boss in Divinum? Executor Faust, immediately before the ending. He is almost certainly the subject of the hidden achievement Executor’s Executioner.

Do bosses respawn? No official statement. The repeatable challenge content is the gauntlets and the nine runestone trials, which is where you go for repeat attempts.

What is the hardest fight in Divinum? By reward structure, the Crucible — it is the only encounter tied to a permanent build upgrade (the second Fury slot).
